1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to these rules when you use the XZION™ platform or book a project with TRINC STUDIOS. Specifically, these terms cover our streaming site and your media bookings. If you do not agree with these rules, you must stop using our services right away.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

TRINC STUDIOS owns every video and image on this site. For example, we own the Let Me Shoot documentary. Consequently, you cannot copy or share our work without our written permission. Furthermore, the law protects all XZION™ logos. Therefore, you must respect our ownership at all times.

3. Production & Booking Policies

We want your TV Commercial to look great. To reach this goal, you must follow our booking steps. For instance:

• Sending Files: You must send us high-quality logos and text. Otherwise, your video will not look professional on screen.
• Extra Services: We offer voiceovers for a $100 fee. In addition, you must ask for these extras when you first book.
• The Schedule: We try to finish all work in 7 days. However, your fast approval helps us stay on track. As a result, late replies will delay your broadcast date.

4. Prohibited User Conduct

We expect all users to act fairly. Specifically, you must not try to hack our website or spam our forms. Moreover, if you enter our private areas without an invite, we will ban your account. In short, we take site security very seriously.

5. Limitation of Liability

TRINC STUDIOS provides high-quality media services. Nonetheless, we do not control outside networks like Vibe.co. Additionally, we do not promise specific sales growth because markets change quickly. Therefore, you use our services at your own risk.

6. Amendments to Terms

We change these terms sometimes to follow new laws. Because of this, please check this page often. By continuing to use XZION™, you accept any new changes we make.
